AFBI survey on Understanding Resilience, Sustainability and Innovation on Northern Ireland Farms

In June 2023, DAERA commissioned the Economics Research Team at AFBI to examine the role of education and training in helping to support the farming sector in Northen Ireland to improve resilience, increase innovation and to ensure future sustainability.
The study aims to gain a better understanding of the challenges that you as a farmer in Northern Ireland currently face and how well or otherwise you feel you can respond to them into the future. The outcome of this research aims to identify how farm businesses can best be supported to ensure a sustainable farming sector into the future.
