AFBI Hillsborough is hosting the annual meeting of the National Sheep Association (NSA), NI region, next Monday evening 21st November

Following the AGM for NSA members, the annual open meeting will start at 20:00 with a presentation and update on liver flukes by Dr Philip Skuce (Moredun). AFBI scientists from Agriculture Branch (Aurelie Aubry) and Veterinary Science Division (Jason Barley) will then present and discuss a new research project funded by DAERA which aims to develop and implement a proactive planning approach to improve the health and production efficiency of sheep flocks.
The open meeting will be repeated the following evening (Tuesday 22nd November), 8pm at the Silverbirch Hotel, Omagh, BT79 7DH.
Everyone is welcome to attend the open meeting.
